ODOT plans three public meetings in March to discuss the Draft 2015-2018 Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) for the greater Portland-Metro area.

The STIP is Oregon’s transportation capital improvement program, which identifies the schedule and funding for transportation projects. It includes projects for federal, state, city and county transportation systems including highways, rail, public transit, bicycles and pedestrian.

In the meetings, ODOT is seeking public comment on the proposed projects that will be implemented in 2016-2018 in the greater Portland-Metro region (ODOT Region 1).

Here is the meeting schedule:

  • Monday, March 10, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Beaverton Library, Meeting Room B, 12375 S.W. Fifth St., Beaverton.
  • Saturday, March 15, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. East Portland Community Center, Multi-Purpose Room 3, 740 S.E. 106th Ave., Portland.
  • Tuesday, March 18, 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., ODOT Region 1 Headquarters, Conference Room A/B, 123 N.W. Flanders, Portland.
